  My order wrong 8 out of 10 times, staff is careless, unprofessional, and rude or obnoxious at times. Staff is treated poorly by management and the owner is rarely ever there to oversee operations. They do not follow operation standards.

  Slowest service at Tim's i have ever received. Been here almost every day for the past two weeks and it is very slow every day. Standing at the counter for 10-15 minutes before you get service every time. You would think this being the home town of Tim Horton it would be great service, unfortunately that is not the case.

  Not sure if anyone will read this but I have never had such terrible service this morning. I made my order and before I was done I was cut off and was told to pull up. Then when I pulled up to the window and said politely that I wasn't done ordering, the lady at the window was rude. I said could I have 2 bottles of water as well and she yelled WHATTT!!?? I said two bottles of water please and she pretty much threw me my food. I have no idea...guess she was having a bad morning, but not a good way to treat customers. I called to speak to a manager and waited for 5 minutes and was forgotten about. When I stopped in the afternoon the staff was friendly.
